• Test Cancellation Before Sample Collection:
  Customers may cancel their test appointment or order before the sample collection has been done. To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.

• Cancellation After Sample Collection:
  Once the sample is collected, cancellations are not permitted, as the testing process will begin immediately.

2. Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility:
  Refunds are applicable only if the test is cancelled before sample collection. If a test is cancelled within the permitted timeframe (at least 24 hours in advance), a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable transaction or service fees.

• Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • No refunds will be provided after the sample collection.
  • Tests that are conducted but not reported due to customer non-compliance (e.g., not following test instructions) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be given for test results that are negative or positive, as these reflect genuine diagnostic outcomes.

• Test Errors or Lab Errors:
  In the unlikely event of an error caused by PS Path Lab (e.g., mishandling of samples, technical faults), we will either offer a retest free of charge or process a full refund as per the customer’s preference.

3. Requesting a Refund

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person, mentioning the order number and reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
