Test Cancellation Before Sample Collection:
Customers may cancel their test appointment or order before the sample collection has been done. To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.
Cancellation After Sample Collection:
Once the sample is collected, cancellations are not permitted, as the testing process will begin immediately.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only if the test is cancelled before sample collection. If a test is cancelled within the permitted timeframe (at least 24 hours in advance), a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable transaction or service fees.

In the unlikely event of an error caused by PS Path Lab (e.g., mishandling of samples, technical faults), we will either offer a retest free of charge or process a full refund as per the customer’s preference.
