Digital X-ray of both knees in Anteroposterior (AP) view is performed to evaluate the bony structures and joint spaces of both knee joints. The examination includes assessment of distal femur, proximal tibia, fibula, and patella alignment, joint space narrowing, bone density, cortical integrity, and any signs of degenerative changes, fractures, dislocations, or other bony abnormalities.
