Level II Ultrasound (Second-Level Ultrasound / Anomaly Scan):
A detailed prenatal ultrasound examination usually performed between 18 and 22 weeks of pregnancy. It evaluates the baby's growth and development, including the brain, face, spine, heart, stomach, kidneys, limbs, and other organs. The scan also assesses the placenta, amniotic fluid, cervix, and fetal well-being. It is used to detect or rule out major structural abnormalities and to monitor the progress of the pregnancy.
