CD10, also known as CALLA (Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen), is a cell surface metalloprotease expressed on early B-cell precursors and some T-cell precursors. In flow cytometry, it is used primarily for diagnosis, classification, and prognosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
