Culture – Miscellaneous (Aerobic) – 22 Drugs Test is a microbiology laboratory test used to:

1. Detect and identify aerobic bacteria (bacteria that grow in the presence of oxygen) from a specimen such as a wound swab, pus, tissue, body fluid, or another clinical sample. 
2. Perform antibiotic susceptibility testing against a panel of 22 antibiotics ("22 drugs") to determine which antibiotics the detected bacteria are sensitive or resistant to.
