The Anti-Neutrophilic Cytoplasmic Antibody (p-ANCA), MPO-ANCA test is a blood test used to detect certain autoantibodies that attack the body’s own white blood cells (neutrophils). It is mainly used to help diagnose autoimmune diseases, especially types of vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels).
