The Aneuploidy 13, 18, 21, X, Y prenatal test is a prenatal screening test used to detect whether a fetus has an abnormal number of chromosomes (aneuploidy), especially the most common and clinically significant conditions.

It is usually done using maternal blood (cell-free fetal DNA / NIPT) and helps estimate the risk of chromosomal disorders early in pregnancy.
