The Aldosterone/Plasma Renin Activity (ARR) ratio test—also called the Aldosterone–Renin Ratio—is a blood test used mainly to check for a hormonal cause of high blood pressure, especially a condition called primary hyperaldosteronism (Conn’s syndrome).
