Double Marker Test is a prenatal blood screening test done during the first trimester of pregnancy (11–13 weeks). It helps assess the risk of chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus, especially Down syndrome (Trisomy 21) and Edwards syndrome (Trisomy 18).
