Inhibin B is a glycoprotein hormone produced primarily by the ovarian granulosa cells in females. It is part of the inhibin family (along with Inhibin A) and plays a key role in regulating the reproductive system by inhibiting the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the pituitary gland.
